Meditation

A little research will show you the countless studies there are out there that show a plethora of benefits that meditation has on the workplace – both on the individual level to relax, focus, and work more effectively, and on the group effect of more harmonious interactions inside and between teams.

One of our tools to success is to introduce this technique into the daily lives of the team members.  The long-term results are often clearly observable after a few daily, or bi-daily sessions.

The meditation sessions are typically done early-afternoon, to help reduce high-stress levels, and overcome the “afternoon slump”. ┬áThe sessions done with the entire team as a group, and are generally 25 minutes long.
